Our Story
In 1968, Bob Simpson formed “Towne & 'Round Pool Service Ltd.” specializing in equipment repairs and installation as well as pool openings and closings. “Truck #1” as we call it, became well known throughout Hamilton and Burlington for the first few years through customer referrals and through servicing new pool construction. As the demand for pool installations increased, so did the service prompting Bob to open up our current retail location, “The Pool Shoppe”, in 1972.
Our service philosophy is to not only service what we sell, but is based on the understanding that repeat business and referrals are the key to our success. We support our customer base with reliable staff all year round
and provide professional service with our fleet of 20 radio-dispatched service vehicles.
