Our service philosophy is built upon the understanding that repeat business is the key to our future success. We also service what we sell. To support our customer base with reliable staff, we employ many of our service men year round. We provide prompt, professional service with our fleet of 20 radio-dispatched service vehicles.

Our services include:

Liner & Coping Replacement

Our liner samples offer many exciting patterns to choose from, some exclusive only to The Pool Shoppe. Ask a sales associate about the above ground liners we currently stock.

A replacement liner must be made to fit the existing structure in your in/onground pool. In order to assure a properly fit liner, we will measure the wall height, the pool depth, as well as the length and width of the pool. This measuring service is included with all inground liner installation bookings to ensure the best fitting liner.

Pool Service and Maintenance

Our Service Technicians provide a professional service to open and close your pool each Spring and Fall. As well, pool maintenance and repair service is provided, such as underground line and skimmer repairs/replacement, pump and filter repairs/replacements, weekly/holiday pool vacuums and filter re-packs, to name a few.

Pool Installations

Our experienced crews ensure a professional installation of any of our pool packages; be it an above ground, on-ground or in-ground Pool Shoppe package that you choose!

Spa and Billiard Service

We deliver most spas we sell and have a dealer certified technician that can service and repair tubs. Weekly maintenance is also available.

We also install every Olhausen billiard table we sell. We are so accurate that we level our tables down to the width of a playing card. Our crews can also dismantle/reassemble table and/or re-cloth.
